Program Details
PrintingForLess.com (PFL) has launched a community sponsorship program to help support the printing needs of non-profits, charities, and educational institutions. When you become a member of the community sponsorship program, you will enjoy free and discounted printing for promotional materials, newsletters, fundraising materials, and more.

Who should apply?

Non-profit groups, including but not limited to: women's rights, disaster relief, child advocacy, disease awareness, animal welfare, social activists, and more.

Educational institutions, including schools and academies, after-school care, colleges and universities, and not-for-profit campus organizations.

Charities, volunteer centers, youth centers, service clubs, foundations, museums, free clinics, etc.


If you are an organization with 501(c)(3) status, you qualify for our sponsorship program!


Application Process
As an eligible non-profit, you can decide between two membership levels. Membership lasts for one year.

Basic members receive a 10% discount on all printing orders for the entire membership year, along with $200 of free printing credits. In exchange, members agree to put a link to PrintingForLess.com on their website.

Premium members receive a 20% discount on printing orders for the year, and they double their free printing credits to $400. Premium members are asked to put a link to PrintingForLess.com on their website, write a testimonial review (after their first order if they are a new customer), and include a PFL logo on their printed materials.

About the Program

What is PFL's Community Sponsorship Program?
The community sponsorship program is a way for PFL to support non-profits and to give back. As a company, we pride ourselves in being environmentally responsible and integrally involved in our local community. In an effort to support communities at large, we have created this program to provide financial assistance for the printing needs of non-profits, charities, and educational institutions around the world.

As a member of the Community Sponsorship Program, to what am I entitled?
Members of the sponsorship program will receive a 10% discount on all printing costs for the full year of the membership. Depending on the level of sponsorship, members also benefit from free printing credits, equal to $200 or $400.

What can I use my free printing credits and discount toward?
Your discount and free credits apply only to printing and finishing costs. We can not apply the discount to shipping costs, mailing service or postage fees, design services or customized orders. The 10% or 20% discount may not be combined with other promotions or discounts.

What are the requirements?
For both members and premium members, applicants must submit a digital copy of their 501(c)(3) determination letter and fill out the corresponding application. Both levels of members are required to place a link back to PrintingForLess.com on their website. Premium members are asked to write a testimonial review and place a PFL logo on their printed material.

How long is the sponsorship period?
Membership to the Community Sponsorship Program lasts for one calendar year. At the end of the year, members may reapply to continue their sponsorship.

Is the Community Sponsorship program only for certified 501(c)(3) non-profits?
Yes. PFL's sponsorship program is offered only to 501(c)(3)-certified organizations.

I'm a student. Can my student group apply for this program?
Yes. We are dedicated to helping educational institutions' promotions of school events and campus organizations.

What are the requirements for placing the PFL logo on our website?
The PFL logo should be hyperlinked to www.printingforless.com and include an alternative text to say PrintingForLess.com. You can place this on your homepage or your sponsors page. Below are sized html codes that you can past into your website:
