Captain Cold
Len Snart was a small-time criminal until he discovered how to charge an experimental gun with a cyclotron. The resulting weapon let him freeze the moisture in the air into ice and snow, and inspired his name Captain Cold. A long-time member of the Flash's Rogues Gallery, Captain Cold is a threat to anyone who uses the Flash name.
