Mirror Master
Small-time crook Sam Scudder discovered how to create simple mirror-based devices to project illusions. Inspired, Scudder developed more mirror weapons and became the super-villain Mirror Master. Over the years, Scudder would create more fantastic mirror-based devices, including a way to turn people to glass and travel through a "mirror dimension" using any reflective surface.
Sam Scudder died during the Crisis of Infinite Earths. After his death, Scottish crook Evan McCulloch was given identity and mirror-based devices and acts as the new Mirror Master.
