The Radioactive Man
An old school Marvel character, the Radioactive Man was a Chinese scientist who made himself into a living nuclear reactor, with the power to control any form of radiation. He's fought Thor, Iron Man, Spider-Man, and has been a member of the Masters of Evil many times.
The Radioactive Man is a member of the Thunderbolts, where he's uses his powers over radioactivity for good instead of evil.
