Razorback
During the 70's, if there was a pop culture fad, Marvel had a super-hero for it. Karate? Shang-Chi, master of kung-fu. Skateboarding? The Rocket Racer. Truckers & CB radios? Well, that would be Razorback. He was a truck-driving hero from Arkansas who's pig's hide helmet had an electrified mane.
Razorback appeared in several issues of Spectacular Spider-Man and then promptly disappeared for many years. The next time he appeared, he was given the mutant ability to operate any vehicle, and was hauling freight in deep space.
